At WAM, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, labels, and tags where applicable.


Clothing:

Clothing may be returned provided that it is:

unworn

unwashed

undamaged

returned with all original tags attached

returned in its original packaging


We reserve the right to reduce the refund where an item shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

 

Non-returnable items:

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise required by law:

any item not in its original condition

any item damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

any personalised or custom-made items

Return shipping:

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or local law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by law.

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.


Return costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or return shipping must be covered by us under applicable law

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.


Refunds:

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
